The rental unit I am in is currently on the market and I was misled to believe that I should not be concerned because they do not show it often so I moved in Thoth my four children and in this time they show it constantly, and I am not given hour notice for showings per my lease agreement
They have in our lease that a reasonable/hour notice should be given to tenant upon entry into the property They went to show our apartment to a prospective new tenant without notice (2nd time notice wasn't given) and then the property manager, *** ***, verbally abusing my husband (calling him inappropriate names that were personal attacks) for not having the apartment "show" ready, threatening to evict us because we "lost her a sale"We've always made sure to keep it show ready when given proper noticeWe apologized for the incident, but when asked to see the notice email time stamped, the conversation was turned back to us at fault I doubt we'll ever get an apology for her unfair business practices, let alone the name calling which I consider harassment
