Eagle Pride Bingo

Review: On July 28, 2016, I played bingo at 2538 West Lane, Suite #3, under the organization of AACC (Eagle Pride Bingo). I bingo on the letter X game and the program states $200 - $500. At no time was it ever announced that they were going to pay only $150. The caller as well announced that since no one bingo on the 14th number then we will move onto the consultation prize of $200. At no time did anyone stop the caller for correction. If I would have bingo with in the 14th number they would have had to pay the jackpot amount of $500. They can pay $500, but they refuse to pay me my $200 instead they only paid me $150. They also sold extra packs and when you brought the extra packs they did not state that they were only paying $150. All the other games paid what they have listed only the program and this was the only game in which they did not honor what they have listed on the program. [redacted] who runs the bingo has a very bad attitude and when I called to ask what the abbreviation stands for [redacted] was very rude to me and refused to give me that information on July 29, 2016 at 6:06 pm.Desired Settlement: I would like to request that AACC (Eagle Pride Bingo) honor what they have stated on the program and what is posted in the bingo hall. Which means that they pay me $50 plus interest due to not following the gaming rules and be fined.
