This is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] and assigned case ID [redacted] .The Lease that [redacted] and two others signed was to end on July 9, They were always behind on their rent and we were constantly calling them to get their rent inOn May 11, we sent them a notice that we were not renewing, and that they would need to be out when their lease ended on July 9, 2017.They did not move; therefore, I was forced to file an eviction to get them outThe hearing was on July 28, and they were in attendanceThe judge granted us a judgment of $plus $in court costs and ordered them out by noon on August 4, (See enclosed Judgment and Writ of Possession)I went to the house on the afternoon of August 4, and they were still there loading a truckThey said they would need to come back the next day to get their washer and dryer which I consented to, although, I didn't have to.Once they were finally out, the entire place was disgustingly filthy, including cat feces on the floor, (they were not suppose to have any pets), dirty diapers, etcPlease see attached Pictures. Now to address her complaints:It wasn't a threat to call CPS because I did call themAnimals shouldn't have to live in this condition, much less children. As for Julie relaying information after Alice indicated to this office she planned to stay a couple more months past the end of her leaseNobody in this office indicated at any time, or in any way that there was ever the remote possibility that they could stay longer. When you move out there is usually trash leftWell NOWe have lots of people who move and don't leave trash much less filth.I wanted them out so badly and quickly they didn't have time to get the trash outOn the first part, guilty as chargedI did want them outAs far as not time to get the trash out, they received a letter in mid May telling them they were going to have to moveI would think Vmonths would be enough time(but maybe I'm wrong)Because there was trash AFTER they moved out doesn't mean that is how they livedThere is no way anyone could get a place that filthy in the process of moving. As far as the desired settlement:I should have some disciplinary action taken against me - for putting up with them for as long as I did.An apology - not hardly. As far as the eviction being there as a result of a lack of communicationThey don't seem to grasp that just because they announce that that's what they want to do, we have to complyThe eviction is for all the violations of the lease - nonpayment of rent, bringing unauthorized pets in and holding over after the end of the leaseIf there is a lack of communication, it's on their part. The sad part of this whole thing is that they think it's about some trash being leftThey don't even see the squalor that they created. This complaint to you has only confirmed that I did the right thing by contacting CPS.On a positive not, since she's lodged this complaint, we now have an address to forward to CPS and to our attorney for collection purposes.Sincerely, Lyle R***Eagle Property Management LLC

This is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] and assigned case ID [redacted].The Lease that [redacted] and two others signed was to end on July 9, 2017. that we were not renewing, and that they would need to be out when their lease ended on July 9, 2017.They did not move; therefore, I was forced to file an eviction to get them out. The hearing was on July 28, 2017 and they were in attendance. The judge granted us a judgment of $1318.00 plus $145.00 in court costs and ordered them out by noon on August 4, 2017. (See enclosed Judgment and Writ of Possession)I went to the house on the afternoon of August 4, 2017 and they were still there loading a truck. They said they would need to come back the next day to get their washer and dryer which I consented to, although, I didn't have to.Once they were finally out, the entire place was disgustingly filthy, including cat feces on the floor, (they were not suppose to have any pets), dirty diapers, etc. Please see attached Pictures. Now to address her complaints:It wasn't a threat to call CPS because I did call them. Animals shouldn't have to live in this condition, much less children. As for Julie relaying information after Alice indicated to this office she planned to stay a couple more months past the end of her lease. Nobody in this office indicated at any time, or in any way that there was ever the remote possibility that they could stay longer. When you move out there is usually trash left. Well NO. We have lots of people who move and don't leave trash much less filth.I wanted them out so badly and quickly they didn't have time to get the trash out. On the first part, guilty as charged. I did want them out. As far as not time to get the trash out, they received a letter in mid May telling them they were going to have to move. I would think 2 V2 months would be enough time. (but maybe I'm wrong)Because there was trash AFTER they moved out doesn't mean that is how they lived. There is no way anyone could get a place that filthy in the process of moving. As far as the desired settlement:I should have some disciplinary action taken against me - for putting up with them for as long as I did.An apology - not hardly. As far as the eviction being there as a result of a lack of communication. They don't seem to grasp that just because they announce that that's what they want to do, we have to comply. The eviction is for all the violations of the lease - nonpayment of rent, bringing unauthorized pets in and holding over after the end of the lease. If there is a lack of communication, it's on their part. The sad part of this whole thing is that they think it's about some trash being left. They don't even see the squalor that they created. This complaint to you has only confirmed that I did the right thing by contacting CPS.On a positive not, since she's lodged this complaint, we now have an address to forward to CPS and to our attorney for collection purposes.Sincerely, Lyle R[redacted]Eagle Property Management LLC
