In response to Mr [redacted] ’s complaint and after thoroughly reviewing the file documentation, I would like to address the problems by stating that several people from the staff here at Eagle Ranch attempted to reach out to Mr [redacted] on several different occasions; including myself, our regional manager and a temporary manager who was here during the first month of their modateWe also researched the work orders that were said to have never been completed and found that the issues had been addressedEach time that we attempted to contact Mr [redacted] our calls were refused, as well as any help that we tried to offer which is shown in our email correspondence to Mr [redacted] Upon receiving their notice to vacate and having a conversation with his girlfriend/roommate, Ms [redacted] , I once again tried rectifying the situation by offering an on-site transfer to another apartment since they hadn’t been happy in the apartment that they were inShe said she would talk to [redacted] and later on sent me an email stating that they decided that it would be best that they leaveThe termination fees were questioned and I informed her that we would not be waiving any fees but would be happy to set them up on a payment plan for the balance owed- All was clear of any dispute and agreed to at this pointAfter they had moved out, we once again had a difficult time getting a response regarding any kind of agreement from the past residentsWe sent notices, emails which included copies of the payment plan, payment deadlines and other details regarding setting up arrangements but only received indirect emails back from them claiming that there was no clarification on how to set up a payment arrangement, amounts due, etcDue to their failure to comply with the payment arrangement agreement or our past balance deadline, they were turned over to our third party collection agency as stated in the letters that they received both via mail and emailAll supporting correspondence is kept on file for documentation purposesWe always strive to provide satisfactory service to all of our residents here at Eagle Ranch and wish Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] well Yvette L [redacted] Property Manager

at the time of the original complaint, the deposit refund had already been processed on our end Applicant was waiting for money to hit her account

I am rejecting this response because:This is completely falseWhen I moved in the gentlemen who helped me sign the lease told me that the parking situation was under audit and told me specifically that he was unable to rent out a parking spaceHe then told me that if I called back the first of the next week that one of the leasing agents who knew more about the parking situation could rent me out a spotI fought for over one month to get a spot for myself while many phone calls were not returned and only when I made a review and filed a complain with the Revdex.com was anything doneIt is 100% untrue that I was offered a space and refusedI was told I would need to call back the next week to rent one because he was unsure of the situation but did assure me there was plenty of free parking which is also untrue. It is true that at this point I have been given a space, but I do not like when people lie about me or what I do.

To Whom It May Concern, I am happy to report that this complaint has been resolvedAs a review, Mr*** was offered a parking space at the beginning of his residency that he refusedHe was then placed on a waiting list for a parking space within the desired distance to his apartment home
