Eagle Reclaimed Lumber

went in on a Monday and ask for a quote, was told they will call me back that same day, never heard back from them
called back on Tuesday morning and was told they were working on quote and would call me right back, never heard back from them
called Wednesday and was told they were waiting on owner to approve quote, was not happy that I was not contacted back like they said they would
on the same day the owners wife called and accosted me over the phone and said I was rude to the very employee that did not return my call for a quotenever had a business owner call me back to accost me but they could not call me to give me a quote....still wondering how I call a call so quick from owner but could not get a call back on quote......hope no customer ever has to go through what I did just to get a quote....unbelievable to say the least
