I am rejecting this response because:The renters have paid rent every month. She even shows it paid in the ledger. They quit paying her with a check and starting paying her with money orders. She kept saying checks were lost, or they accidentally shredded them. Once the renters gave the check to her, that's their problem if they did something with it. Also, the rent story isn't even the same story she told us. The renters always pay rent at the beginning of the month, and she gives it to us at the end of the month. So her story doesn't even make since. She said she already paid us. If her story was true, they would have taken the check back at the beginning of the month so she wouldn't have already paid us. She has paid us every other months rent. Why would it all of the sudden be January's rent she keeps? If she didn't owe us the money, then why in January did she say she would deposit the money into my account. Supposedly they had already missed a months rent. As for the electrician, he didn't know what he was doing. The renters said the light switch worked when he came and didn't work after he left. We hired our own electrician. He said it didn't work because it was wired wrong. We are not asking for money, so what is the big deal about giving us the electricians name and number. We have a right to know who does work on our house. Funny thing is, she had us pay $toward the electrical issue but told the renters the roofer was covering it all. So what happened to the $400??? That could be why we never did get a receipt from the electrician, and why she would never answer us if the issue was resolved. We had to go talk to the renters ourselves to find out what was going on. Apparently other things needed to be fixed but she told them we wouldn't fix it. She never even told us anything was wrong other than the roof. We talked to Glennon Real Estate and the deposit issue is taken care of. In the several emails we sent her, she could have said she didn't have the deposit. That would require her to answer us back.

came into the office and we were all talking and they walked out with the check and with a receiptHowever, it was never paid, and the tenant is now a month behind and needs to pay the ownerWe have spoke to the owners, and I let them know thatThey need to contact Chip for the depositAs far as the electrician goes, he did fix it, if he hadn't the tenant would have let us knowIt must be a new problem, or that the whole place needs re wiredI will send out receipts for this.
