[redacted] came in looking for a new mattressThey told us that their house had been treated for bed bugs and had a clean billI explained to her that per our contract if there were any issues she would be locked into the contract under the risk of loss clauseWe did not have a new mattress and called the customer to see if we could deliver them a slightly used mattress and we would put it in a brand new bed bug casingThey agreedWe delivered the mattress which was absolutely free of bugs and at the house, and inside our truck, put a brand new bed bug casing on itThen delivered it to the houseThen the customer called us to tell us that we had caused her to have bed bugsThis is absolutely impossible the way that the delivery happenedI believe this customer is trying to get an already existing problem fixed by someone elseWe are checked quarterly by the state and our last inspection was found to be very positive and we had no issues

The receipt shown in the picture is a suspended sale receiptThe contract was not finalized nor was it typed up at the timeThe contract is depicted correctly as was the price card with out the frameThe frame was an additional as depicted in the contractThe flyer does not show the actual product the customer purchasedThe models shown are different than what the customer had agreed uponAlso the company owner has talked to the customer and come to agreement that he received what he agreed to, and we would be willing to swap out anything he is not comfortable with, along with the company pricingI (the store manager) have also spoke directly with the customer and was led to believe all was in agreement and he indicated wanting to pay off the days same as cash price in the prescribed time

All I want them to do is hold up to their contract of the 899.99. If they want us to pay tax on that price the price plus tax needs to be added there in numerical order in which it's not.
