Bed bugs could be residing anywhere in the community and it's very hard to pinpoint where you got bed bugs from

The receipt shown in the picture is a suspended sale receipt. The contract was not finalized nor was it typed up at the time. The contract is depicted correctly as was the price card with out the frame. The frame was an additional 2.00 as depicted in the contract. The flyer does not show the actual product the customer purchased. The 2 models shown are different than what the customer had agreed upon. Also the company owner has talked to the customer and come to agreement that he received what he agreed to, and we would be willing to swap out anything he is not comfortable with, along with the company pricing. I (the store manager) have also spoke directly with the customer and was led to believe all was in agreement and he indicated wanting to pay off  the 120 days same as cash price in the prescribed time.

[redacted] came in looking for a new mattress. They told us that their house had been treated for bed bugs and had a clean bill. I explained to her that per our contract if there were any issues she would be locked into the contract under the risk of loss clause. We did not have a new mattress...

and called the customer to see if we could deliver them a slightly used mattress and we would put it in a brand new bed bug casing. They agreed. We delivered the mattress which was absolutely free of bugs and at the house, and inside our truck, put a brand new bed bug casing on it. Then delivered it to the house. Then the customer called us to tell us that we had caused her to have bed bugs. This is absolutely impossible the way that the delivery happened. I believe this customer is trying to get an already existing problem fixed by someone else. We are checked quarterly by the state and our last inspection was found to be very positive and we had no issues.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I have included the advertised price, my receipt and their contract and The tag on the merchandise that [redacted] had flipped around for my significant other. All I want them to do is hold up to their contract of the 899.99. If they want us to pay tax on that price the price plus tax needs to be added there in numerical order in which it's not. I still would like them investigated even if they finally pick a same as cash price.
