Eagle restoration was contacted by the client on March 30th with information pertaining to their insurance claim. I explained that our office needed to have more information to respond, since this was not considered an emergency call. After speaking with [redacted] on 3/31 I spoke with [redacted]...

[redacted] she had called after my conversation with [redacted] She stated that her and her husband were displaced since there was only one full bath in her home. I immediately scheduled staff and myself for Saturday morning (4/1) to be at her home early that morning. After reviewing the damages and the necessary repairs, I explained she needed to not have her bathtub removed and the ducting below her bathtub as the issue. The entire bathroom would have been demolished to remove the tub. Evidently she wanted the tub removed and wasn't concerned that the bathroom would be demolished to do this. I explained it would take 2 weeks to do the entire repairs to the bathroom and that the ducting removal was only 2 to 3 days to remove and replace due to fabrication. The tub was leaking at the drain and this was a simple repair. She contacted her insurance company to complain while I was at the property with my staff member to resolve the issue. She stated [redacted] suggested [redacted] as a mitigation company to resolve any additional water or mold issues. She called [redacted] while I was at the property and we did not argue that we could resolve the issue. The client was difficult to deal with since we didn't agree the bathtub didn't need to be removed. We're not sure exactly why, but she cancelled with [redacted] and when my staff revisited on Sunday (4/2) to resolve the duct removal process, she began complaining that we didn't do the mitigation and we were qualified. Once again - not sure of why she was complaining to begin with, since she told us on Saturday that [redacted] was tending to the matter. We were asked to resolve the mold concerns and dispatched an environmental crew to visit the home on Monday (4/3) to remedy the mold. Upon our staff's arrival the client was angry --- for whatever reason --- and asked that they remove the tub. This was not necessary, since the ducting was removed on Sunday and the repair to the tub drain was resolved. Additional drywall and the lower 1/2 bath vanity was removed due to water damage while on site Monday. The area was treated as needed utilizing antimicrobial materials. I spoke with the client on 4/3 in the evening and suggested they could return to their home, since the tub was in working order. I asked why there was a complaint to Revdex.com on our company. She couldn't explain properly what it was we did incorrectly and was very abrasive. I requested she find another company to complete the repairs to her home at that time. We have had zero (0) complaints in the past 4 years, as we ALWAYS take care of our clients. We are not willing to work with a client who has issues with the proper process of completing our services.
