Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I absolutely do not accept this responseThis is quite frankly a bold faced lieI think that this company needs to get their communication skills in management re adjustedThe on site manager at the time advised us that we can leave thE apartment one month early and that it would not be a problem because we had already found a new place to rent beginning in MayI was absolutely never called or sent any letters I know that the management office has my correct number because they have called me beforeAny time that I have tried to resolve an issue with this management team it has been unprofessional and uncurtiousi am honestly done trying to resolve this in a nice manner so if some resolution is not offered I will be speaking with my attorney and taking legal action to get this correctedmanagment should not have given us the okay to vacate a month early saying "it's okay we can find someone to move in right away" if they were going to turn around and charge us for a full months rent, even after we turned in our keys! Like I said if I am not contacted with a resolution to this matter then I will be seeing you guys in court Regards, [redacted] ***

The lease expiration for Mrand Mrs*** was June 9th A notice to vacate form was submitted to
the onsite office on April 8th, The date given to actually vacate the unit was June 9th, The ***’s vacated the unit on May 22, There was a failure to pay May’s rent, trash, sewage or water prior to vacating the property The additional charges for cleaning were warranted due to unit not being cleaned prior to vacating All charges were communicated in writing to the forwarding address they provided on their notice Several phone attempts were made to settle this matter with the last ending in the complainant hanging up on the manager This account has since been turned over to collections All charges are valid and do not require an adjustment Respectfully, Jacquelyn G*** l Resident Relations CoordinatorFogelman Management GroupPoplar Avenue Suite | Memphis, TN 38119fogelman-management.com

I am contacting you in response to the complaint received on July 21st (ID#***)I spoke to the Assistant Manager of the Eagle Ridge Apartments, Ms*** ***, and she notified me that she spoke to Ms*** regarding her complaintMs*** moved out of the
property March 31st, and her move out statement was processed at this timeHer total damages due were $for cleaning kitchen items and carpet cleaningShe had a $security deposit on hand, so the remaining balance was due within days of move-outHer move out statement was mailed to *** ***, *** ***, TX, *** the week of April 4th, When the payment was not received by the due date it was sent to our collection agency, National Credit SystemsOnce our accounts are turned over to the collection agency they are responsible for receiving payment and sending balance due back to the propertyThey will also remove the debt from Ms***'s credit within days of payment in fullWe appreciate her willingness to pay, it just needs to be to National Credit Systems so they can update her credit report
