We ordered 38 yards of basalt rock from eagle rock. We gave specific instructions on where to dump the rock... NOT ON OUR DRIVEWAY. The first load came correctly in our yard... And then the second load right in front of a garage bay on our brand new driveway. My car was parked inside and I couldn't get out. Eagle rock was not willing to compensate me for the Inconvenience. They charged $30 per delivery run and couldn't even refund that. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend at all. When you mess up, you make it right with the customer!!!!
