Buyer beware!!
Made an appointment to have a repair done and discovered that an additional repair was needed so ended up getting two repairs, both as industry standard states are 5-6 hour jobs. They charged 19 hours of labor on top of a $200 emergency fee?? In addition, they installed the wrong part on one of the repairs, charged us another repair bill for an unnecessary repair that was directly attributed to incorrect part, left 3 vacuum hoses disconnected in the engine. When we asked to be refunded for the unnecessary repair, they refused. The owner became very combative when we brought up our points of dissatisfaction. They will price gauge on labor and take zero responsibility for any errors.

STAY AWAY!!! d in our motorhome to *** Idaho Falls with condition we would get the known generator starter problem fixed. We chose Eagle Rock due to reviews on here, WE GOT RIPPED OFF!! I read how everyone worked with them and how well they had done. Figured they would be honest, and knowledgeable. Maybe they are if it's a tire, or something they do not have to problem solve. What happed was after waiting 2 days to hear from them, I phoned to find they were having trouble finding replacement starter. So I offered them the ph.# to bussiness I had purchased the same exact starter from previously. They wanted me to get the starter, have it sent to them. I prepaid for the starter & it was dropped shipped. In the meantime I take possession of new motorhome. *** would bring them the motorhome for starter repair &I PREPAID TO EAGLE ROCK $485 FOR LABOR THAT THEY STOLE FROM ME ! I received a phone call from Bish's who informed me that Eagle Rock did not put in new starter had stated to them it was the wrong one. I phoned Eagle Rock, spoke to owner who was RUDE! wanted to give no explanation other than was wrong starter. After prompting him, he asked mechanic that worked on it what was wrong. Again, explanation no more than wrong starter. I asked if they spoke with starter bussiness & said they would not because I had paid for & ordered it for them. Okay, how much labor refund may I get back please, answer was $0. KEEPING MY ENTIRE PREPAID $485 FOR A STARTER I PAID FOR THAT THEY DIDN'T REPLACE! Said was for diagnostic. Tried to reason & ask why that was and he said they were keeping all my money and hung the phone up on me. NO, I WASN'T BEING RUDE and gave him no reason to do this other than he was KEEPING MY $ WITH NO GOOD REASON SO HE HUNG UP ON ME. The RV dealership phoned me to let me know they had taken it to another repair shop that was able to get starter already in generator to work. Told me the it appeared to need put back in placement , maybe had rattled loose or hadn't been put in correct last year and teeth were not lined up correctly. Wow! Eagle Rock mechanic didn't see or know this and they are keeping my $485. He offers to send old starter back so we can get our money back. We talked about Eagle Rock keeping my $485 & he couldn't believe they #1 Eagle Rock mechanic didn't have the knowledge to see starter in their was not in right placement especially since they stole my $485 for diagnostic and #2 starter I had sent was an exact of the one in it, that new repair shop put it back in placement. I haven't received a dime back from Eagle Rock. NO GOOD BUSSINESS EAGLE ROCK. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU NEED TIRE OR OIL CHANGED. and NEVER PEPAY THEM!!!!they will keep your money when your honest because THEY ARE THIEFS as far as I am concerned.
