Randy Kelley, the owner of Eagle Roofing was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding leaks in my roof I have a small home with a fairly new roof MrKelley took my job seriously and although my repair was minor, he treated it as though it was just as important as a more extensive job He was prompt and very quick to respond back to me when I called the company for an estimate
I was nervous about having someone come and look at my roof, given that I was unable to climb on the roof myself MrKelley took pictures and completing explained what he thought the problem was and what he would do to fix the problemHe also went over what exactly was involved in the repair, what I should look for related to further problems and offered to be available for questions or further problems occurred in the future

I was informed by my insurance company that they were going to cancel after realizing my roof had shake shingles hiding under my asphalt from a previous owner's "reroof " So I set out and requested estimates from Revdex.com A+ roofing companiesThe results were surprising, they varied in quality of products suggested and of course in price...but some of the higher estimates were not with the better products ! This is where I decided to elect Eagle Roofing to re-deck and shingle my roof : Randy the owner was very helpful with all my questions & concerns, totally professional , and submitted the best choices for my roof and at a very reasonable price ! We just had our roof re-decked and replaced (from wood shake to composition) with Eagle Roofing & Construction and it was an outstanding experience. Had we known what a positive experience it was going to be, we would have done it much sooner!

The owner, Randy Kelley, provided excellent recommendations and was clearly extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. It also gave me piece of mind that they are insured, registered, the business is accredited with the Revdex.com, etc. From the moment they sent over a quote until the clean-up following the job and every detail between, I would not change a thing. Their attention to detail on insuring the roof was done correctly, while protecting the rest of our home (wood work surrounding roof, flower beds, etc.) was top notch. They really paid attention to details like the best color of shingle, the ideal felt to put down, paint matching on the vents and chimney metal, etc.

Their price was competitive and the job was done in one day. Thank you Eagle Roofing and Randy Kelley, you made something major like putting on a new roof, seem so simple and the result is dramatic. We love the look of our home since the new roof and feel safe with storm season right around the corner! Mr. [redacted] came out to give me his estimate on a complete roof replacement A few minutes of visiting with him convinced me that he is a man of integrity, and can be trusted to do what he promises. His crew tore off the old shakes and replaced them with composition shingles, completing the task in a day and a half. I could not be more pleased with the entire operation. Last but not least, I saved thousands of dollars compared with the competitive bid.
