I am NOT filing a complaint I am just displeased with the billing I had Solar System for my pool heater serviced in Nov No problems were found Service Techs were here roughly minutes He did add a couple of brackets for which I am appreciative
In Dec I noticed the "flow thru system" would only work in manual mode and that the thermostat did not work I again called them and they responded and found no problems, but showed me that the thermostat was now working A good follow up visit
Then I received another bill for a full service call I have talked to the accounting department for Florida Solar LLC and she was pleasant enough and stated that their policy was that any action older than days was considered a new work order I can accept that However, in this case I feel it was a continuation of the 1st work order
Anyway, I have paid the bill; but I have removed them from my call list and I will not be giving them any positive recommendations

Hurricane Matthew blew our roof off our back porch over the roof of our house striking and damaging one of our pool solar panels I called Florida Solar and they came right out and repaired the panel Our insurance company adjuster later came out and advised we needed to replace the panels so I arranged an appointment to discuss with Florida Solar I met with MrRon B***and am I glad I did Not only did he advise of a buy back program for our existing panels, he then evaluated and supplied us with totally new solar panels with piping, new controllers, new valves, pool cover and new variable speed pump All for less than the insurance adjuster priced to replace just the existing Panels I am extremely satisfied with how my wife and I are with how we were treated and the service we received by Florida Solar and Ron B***and company In my opinion you can't go wrong with this company It was great to be treated so fairly and professionally
