This is in response to the complaint by [redacted] , not sure why he didn't use his real name The work that he is talking about was being done at no charge We agreed to run a line from his barn to his trailer so he can view his cameras in his trailer He is correct, three of our technicians went out to run the line and one of the parts was incorrect due to the long distance between the buildings This was not done on purpose as we would like to put this job in the books When our technicians left, [redacted] phoned the office, I answered the phone He began to yell at me, going on and on about what a terrible company we are and he was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and get his lawyer to sue us, he would not stop yelling Keep in mind that what we were doing was at No Charge I had to interrupt him to get a word in, I told him that I did not have to listen to someone yell at me and I would have someone call him back, I then hung up He called numerous times that afternoon and I let it go to voice mail He then called from another number, which I answered, and began to be verbally abusive again Once again, I told him I was not going to listen to him speak to me that way and hung up None of our technicians want to do service at his place as he is always verbally abusive to them as well We ordered another part that we thought would work, it also didn't This time when our technician was about to leave, *** told him he as going to go to our office and complain Our technician called to warn me that [redacted] was very volatile and on his way to our office I was the only person there, I knew he would be verbally abusive and was afraid that he would be violent I locked things up and was about to leave when I saw his truck coming very fast towards our building I went back inside and would not answer the door I was afraid of him and was ready to call the police if he did not leave, I am not going to put myself at risk for an abusive customer The third time we found a part that would do the job, it is now complete As for paying his bills, he had past due bills from 11/18/through 8/3/for $ The company owner ended up settling for 50% just to get paid Eagle Security & Electronics has been in business for years, the owner has been in this business for over We are a well respected company in our community In end to this response, there are some customers you can never make happy There are also customers who use complaint tactics to get things done for free [redacted] aka Cheyenne Fadden is both of those cus***ers
