Three days prior to install the company demanded payment in full, despite no work being done, and no term in their contract that says payment is required in fullWhen asking our sales consultant Dale where this policy was listed, we were told it was not an official policyThere is also no such policy listed on the websiteWhen asked to speak with a supervisor (Ken), we were told: "he would contact us"Dale then apologized for not alerting us to the "policy" (i.e., took responsibility for the mistake) yet did absolutely nothing to rectify the situationTheir only attempt to fix it was to sell the windows at whole sale priceThis is not a policy supported by the ROC

On Dec29th, I, *** ***, emailed Jason P*** at R & K to have R & K service a defective product that they sold to us, and we installed into our customers homeNot only did it take Jason almost weeks to get back to me, just to tell me that the part that was needed to fix the issue was ready for pick up- When that is not what was requestedWhen realizing that R & K doesn't stand by their product, I asked Jason to mail the part to the customers home and we would just handle the installationNo Response was received(1-19-17) I emailed Jason again the next day to see if the part had been sent out.(1-20-17) No reply againSo today 1-23-17, I called Jason to find out what theo status was; just to be told he didn't read my email and still had the part sitting at the shop, and would have to charge me to mail the warrantied part
