Review: the owner [redacted] received our car to repair a leaky transmission. He first of all had the car for over a month. And we found out that he stopped working on the car. We asked him numerous times what he was doing and he ignored calls and text. I have text proof that his company was servicing our vehicle. We were forced to go to his business asked for the keys and removed the car. We paid him 460.00 for the repair and he refused to give us a receipt. We later learned the Bristol township License and Inspection are filing litigation against his company for zoning and illegally operating a garage in a residential area. We noticed with the car that he removed vacuum lines that affected the brakes in which we had to repair. The transmission is still leaking exactly the same as before and we paid him all that money for what? a bad repair ( no real repair) more like a rip off. and he had the car over a month.Desired Settlement: full refund of payment amount.
