Nephew did brake job on his own time at his residence, no need to involve his place of employment
The lugnuts were cross threaded by one of Eagles associatesMy nephew repaired their mistake
You can stand outside Eagles shop on Puyallup Ave and hear the sound of the air powered impact wrench all day
I never lied on my original complaint and I have all the original copies of the email conversation between me and David to prove it
My original complaint was true and correct and I will be satisfied and will consider this matter closed if I am refunded the amount of $

weeks later he has his nephew do brake workDoes not say where he worked as full time mechanic
His nephew touch studs last
We hand torque each and every tire we take off
We will refund $after written statement that
he is satisfied with refund
Not all is true in his statement
