I had spoke with *** about a aligment that was done 3 months back and he said he has no proof of one what was done and I have bank statements showing he had preformed services that costed the exact same as an aligment would , but he has no proof, the only thing that shows up in his system is what they had done back in January, when I brought it to his attention that I had Bank statements showing that his business had took out 65.54$, On September 8, 2017, That would cost for and aligment right down to the penny , he couldn't handle that I had proof and he cussed me out and said he is done doing business with me. So, I would think twice about going there he isn't a man of his word/warranty.
He told me , The warranty for an aligment is either 6 month or 6,000 miles. It's not been 6 months nor 6,000 miles.

Finish the job Do the aligment because it's under warranty .... ...Rotate both of my vehicles when they need to be because they are under warranty also... Instead, of saying I'm done with your business, to go elsewhere...
We apologize that Mr. had a bad experience with us, but we stand by our position.
Mr. entered our store on Wednesday, December 20th and asked one of our sales associates to modify records to help him with an insurance claim. Mr. asked our associate, and our business, to commit fraud by modifying an old receipt so that he could commit insurance fraud. The video and audio of him asking us to commit this fraudulent activity has been reported to the proper authorities.
The following day, Mr. came in and wanted our business to perform an alignment service under our 6-month or 6,000 mile warranty. Mr. could not produce a copy of his receipt, and our records did not find that he had an alignment performed in the last 6-months or 6,000 miles. We indicated to Mr. that unless he could provide a copy of his receipt that we could not honor his warranty claim - especially when he had just asked us to help him commit insurance fraud 24 hours before.
We do our best to keep duplicate records of transactions, but ultimately believe that to be the customer's responsibility. If Mr. can produce a receipt that shows the service to still be under warranty, we would be happy to stand behind our service.
However, given the crime that Mr. attempted to involve us in, we would ask that he not return to our business to receive any more services. We operate with honesty and integrity, and expect the same out of our customers.
