Im replying to the email that was sent to me about a customer complaint that was made out to the Revdex.com regarding my business dealing with the certain client. This is to inform u that I deal in both used and new tires. I would also like to state...

that, the used tires we sell here have no warranty and we let the client know that used tires have no warranty of any kind. We sell them as is. I have signs at my shop that clearly says, Used Tires No Warranty. We always encourage our customers to get new tires, since they have 6 months warranty on them. But this particular customer did not have enough funds to afford new tires, therefore, the customer asked for used tires. I also want to state that the certain kind of tires that she asked us to put on were low profile tires. There is absolutely no warranty on those kind of tires. The moment u put those tires on and leave, it's totally at ur own risk. This is how it is everywhere, u can perform ur own survey if u want. I tried to explain it to the customer but she was not understanding at all. Plus, she came back after two months, usually if something happens to our used tires, we try to help our customers either the same day or the next. First of all when returning the tire owner stated I never bought it there. I understood it was a used tire I did not pay for a faulty tire.
