Revdex.com:As a frustrated customer I had repeatedly contacted jesus in hopes of getting an appointment set up but was always put off because he was busy.  When he made it to inspect the vehicle my father showed him the damage which was not on the grill but The lower bumper.  I have attached pictures of the damaged plastic you are agreeing to fix along with consistant scratches on the bumper you are refusing to repair.  I was actually being generous by not asking for the damage for my scraped hitched and damaged hitch cover.  If this does not get resolved I will have no choice but to file a claim with small claims to recover my loss.  I am by no means in the wrong and believe you should take responsibility for the damages you're business has caused.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN  •9/15/16IN REGARDS TO COMPLAINT ID [redacted] I JESUS G[redacted] OWNER OF EAGLE TOWING IS RESPONDING AGAIN FOR THIS COMPLAINT. I STAND BY MY FIRST RESPONSE. EAGLE TOWING WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO DAMAGES OCCURRED TO THE  VEHICLE AT TIME OF BEING TOWED. PREVIOUS DAMAGES ON VEHICLE WILL NOT BE FIXED.
