The customer called in and the email was sent out to meI called the customer told her who I was (VP) and asked what the issue wasshe said that the signature on the handheld was her name but was not hersI talked a little about if it could have been hers but if it looked weird because it was signed on a devise with a fingerSometimes that makes it look different on devisesshe was not to happy with me trying to figure out if something could have happened like thatShe said that she wanted to discontinue service with our company and I told her that I would have the account stopped and that there would not be the cancellation period as there would be usually to terminate a agreementAs to the invoice I would have to do some research into it(talk to the CSR, look at Gps to see if the truck was on location) and I would get back to her on the invoiceShe told me that she did not like my voiceI told her that I was sorry that she did not like my voice but I could not change itShe asked me for the phone number of the owner of the company and I told her that I would not give out his personal number but that she could call the office phone or I could give her his email addressshe said that she wanted his email and I gave it to herShe told me that she did not want to talk to me anymore and got off the phoneI took the information that I had about the invoice she was talking about and issued the credit on the invoice she was disputing in good faith on the same day that I had talked to herI also closed the account the same day that I talked to her

The account is closed and nothing is owing on the account Not sure what more you can be expecting

I am rejecting this response because: Once again, not solving the problem and still doesn't address invoice #[redacted]. As I stated in my initial complaint, very disappointed with the customer service.
