EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a new Chevy Silverado from [redacted], and was very happy with everything about the vehicle but the wheels. So to make the deal, they offered to provide me a set from a Z71 model and told me that I was the next person in line on the waiting list. Basically when a new truck was lifted, they would give me the old wheels and tires. Said it should be a few weeks at most... Well, I called in 2 weeks, one month, two months, three months, six months, and so on and so on. Even stopped in a handful of times as well. It was always the stock reply that I was next in line. Now I do not even get a return call. It is these sort of FALSE PROMISES and NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that should make it to the top of the org chart at Love Chevrolet. If you buy from them, I would get everything 100% documented and don't fall into the same trap of trust that I did.
