Poor experience with service departmentReceived call for warranty work, told dispatcher we were open for business and very busy, work at best would be difficult to complete work After the dispatcher was very persistent assistant manager said we would do what we could to accommodate when we slowed down At PM technician arrived, we could not accommodate do to location and business volume Later that week service was completed at satisfactory level when business was not opened, work took over an hour and would be impossible to have workers in the area when we would be open S&P billed us for the call and refused to dismiss payment

At 1 PM technician arrived, we could not accommodate do to location and business volume. Later that week service was completed at satisfactory level when business was not opened, work took over an hour and would be impossible to have 6 workers in the area when we would be open. S&P billed us for the call and refused to dismiss payment.
