To whom it may concern:The phone number in question was supplied to us by the creditorThis is the first time we have heard we are calling a wrong numberHad the consumer called our office and advised us it was the wrong number it would have been removedWe were not given this opportunityI have removed the number at this and no further call will be made to this number.Thank you

under no circumstances do I agree with this response there should be a recording of.they are truthfully recording the calls this person that called me was threatening telling me is was going to regret not having time tohearhim and he could not tell me what this company he was calling me about was ", it's sad that these companies think this practice of threatening is acceptable and praised I again am nailing a report with the *** as these practices are illegal had he spoken professionally I doubt you would be getting this complaintI doubted they'd be honest enough to admit his manurism was unprofessional as they pretty much admit this is how they are trained if they felt no wrong in his call I Hank you for addressing my issue and I stand by my disappointment with this companies practice

I have taken the time to listen to the recording of the call in questionAt no time did the rep hung up on anyoneIn fact, at the end of the call the rep stated he would try back later and said goodbyeIt appears the consumer has no intention of trying to resolve her financial issueI have
closed the file and sent it back to my client as a refusal to pay.Thank you, ***VP Operations###-###-####
