The charge is for an additional day because her son stayed an additional day over what she paid for. We didn't make an unauthorized charge, but the system automatically generated the extra charge. Her son was urinating in the microwave during his visit. We still have the microwave
full of urine and would like the customer to give us a statement as to this matter. We are planning on refunding the $to resolve the matter, but we would still like to know about the urine situation
