Hi ***,I have refunded the entire amount. I am so very sorry and I expressed it to those guys. Apparently the meter is not working correctly. In years of charging for Electric Use we have never had this happen before. Since I would never over charge my customers
I feel horrible about this. My "excuses" and the reason why I thought they had used so much electric was first of all they spent all their time inside, which is fine, but the weather was hot and I thought they could have ran all Ac units. Also my electric bill for the month they were here was $more then the month before. In view of the fact that I obviously made a mistake I feel this was the best way to try and say I am sorry to my customer.Thank you*** ***
