Eagles Cleaning and Flooring Services

I hired this company through Groupon. On Groupon the reviews looked decent. I regret not looking further into other review sites such as Google, Revdex.com, or Yelp.
Here's my experience... they showed up 35 minutes late. I had to call the owner to make sure they were still coming. He told me there was some confusion and they would arrive soon. When they showed up the lady asked me its just a 1 hour cleaning right? I said no I purchased a 6 man hour session. So I showed her my receipt and she said ok.
3 people cleaned the house in 3 hours. They did a good job cleaning pretty thoroughly. I was pleased with the work when they were done and I tipped them. I then proceeded upstairs to grab some socks and shoes to leave, and realized all of my drawers were rifled though! My socks etc were pulled forward and rummaged! I then saw they found some cash and stole it! I immediately called the Sheriff and made a report! The owner called me back after I left him a message and text him while I was talking with the sheriff and seemed shocked. He then proceeded to ask me "If I was sure they robbed me"?! He then told me he would come over that same evening to discuss. I had to then text him at 5:20 pm to see what his plans were. He text back saying he would come over tomorrow because he was tired! Then asked again "If I was sure I got robbed and that this is quiet an accusation". I replied back with I don't give myself panic attacks and frantically call 911, and involve the sheriff if I wasn't sure! The Sheriff suggested that I attempt to contact the owner again to get some resolve of the money missing. I thankfully had 3 paper bank envelopes, each with the amount in them and dated. This is how we came to the amount of $640 missing money. They did not take all of the money actually. They skimmed off the top of all envelopes to make it look as if nothing was missing. At this time I haven't come across any other items missing.
Since the owner blew us off and said he was "Too Tired" to come over after he told me he would, this is my recourse. The Sheriff is also going to talk to each individual that was in my home.
Don't Hire this company unless you want your possessions stolen or riffled through.
