effort to work with an individual or business that wants to make an effort to honor their obligations to our clients. We have reviewed the complaint and the true nature of the complaint is that that our representatives wanted to continue to discuss a resolution of the account that we are handling instead of acknowledging this individuals medical issues. Based on the nature of the complaint and the likelihood that we will be unable to resolve this account with this individual, we are ceasing communications with them and will return the account to our client. We will have no further communication with this individual. their obligations to our clients.  We have reviewed all calls and call records associated with the issue raised by Mr. Y[redacted]. We have made a very limited number of calls to Mr. Y[redacted]. And, in our first verbal communication we indicated that we would help him if this was indeed a fraudulent issue. He did not reach back out to us so that we could further discuss the potential of fraud. We waited 5 days before attempting to reach  back out to him. On the call where he states that our agent falsely claimed that he could not hear him, on that connection the call was fading in and out things were not clear on either side of that conversation. When he asked us not to call his current employer, we removed the number and have not called the number since. We have moved this account to one of our Executives – Jeff S[redacted], VP-Business Development.
