In response to your client's complaint, we do not fulfill vacation requests That part is handled by a separate fulfillment company No company can afford to travel client's for Free.Their are several cost associated with travel they client is given the best quote available at the time, depending on time of travel and destination.If client is requesting a refund, have them return all docs in Good condition along with copy of processed check and letter stating reason for refund request.Once requested documentation is received, their refund less re-stocking fee will be processed.Charles C***
