Please see attachmentI am responding to the claim #*** regarding a smoking fee which was charge to *** ***, who rented a room at our hotel. A smoked cigarette was found in the room and a picture was taken. In looking into the matter I spoke to *** who stated to me, she is a
smoker and did smoke but not inside the room. She further added she smoked her cigarette outside but brought the cigarette bud into the room which is the one we took a picture of.
