We used this company as our property managers. Things went great at first till we found out they do not do their yearly property inspections on time. They told us after one year the property was great with our tenant. Come to find out after the tenants second year lease and asking numerous times if the inspection had been done. We get an email on a Friday night saying the inspection was awful and our house was in deplorable conditions. Mind you the inspection was being done 2 months late! The tenant let his dog use the house as a bathroom along with her puppies. And who was stuck with the bill of repairs! Us even though we had to pay court fees to take the tenant to court. When the contract says tenant pays court fees if needed to be taken to court. Plus they wouldn't evict the tenant upon discovery of the feces filled house. They let him stay another 3 weeks claiming he was crazy and they feared him. Once he was out it took 3 months to repair. We then finally got a good tenant in the house. Come to speak to our neighbor to find out half the supposed repairs were never done. All while we have paid them for imaginary repairs when a judgement was placed on previous tenant to pay for repairs. According to them it [redacted] but someone has to pay for repairs all while they let the previous tenant skip town without paying a dime. If inspections were performed on time as our contract states the extent of damage would not of been so bad. Do not do business with this company. They do not care about the homeowners or the tenants. They are out to make money only! Terrible company that [redacted] military families. And most recently while emailing with them I received a response of emojis that were laughing till you cry. Very unprofessional!

Absolutely horrible experience. From the beginning they treated us like we weren't worth their time. They would get us mixed up with another property multiple times in the beginning to the point that it was getting to be an issue. Then when the summer heat came, the hvac broke (along with more of their other properties) and they blamed us for "breaking" it when our filter was clean. So they refused to pay the fee that brought out their A/C guy. If this is how they treat any of the other military families, I have no idea how they've been staying in business for so long. We've never been so mistreated by a company as this one has done. The owner even refused to make the situation better.

My review of this rental company is that they suck. I moved out on a weekend and turned the keys in on Sunday. A few days later I get a bill for the locks being changed and a filter bill, in which I left filters there. I also called [redacted] twice to find out if I left something in the house and she never called back. To me that's not good business. I would not recommend you to rent from this company. If I had enough writing space I could tell you the whole story how bad these people are.

This place is a garbage property management company. We were with them for 2 years and we definitely regret ever extending the lease for the extra year. The first year we had major issues with the A/C unit and the refrigerator not working. For the A/C unit it took them roughly a month to get that fixed and working properly in order to make it comfortable to be inside the house during the summer. As for the refrigerator it took them equally as long and 3 visits from their contractors to get that thing working. The first repair man that came out did absolutely nothing just looked at the unit, the second changed a part and got the unit working for about a week and then it stopped again, the third guy came and finally fixed the problem. All of that was over the span of a month, completely unacceptable. The second year was just about as bad. We had 3 random inspections that year and none of which were the "yearly inspection" that they say is required by their business. (note we had zero inspections the first year) Two of the inspections were about 3 months apart, the first was said to be an inspection because of our pets, the second was the "yearly inspection" now my question would be Why could the first inspection not act as the said Pet inspection and the yearly inspection since they were only 3 months apart? Now all of that happened just a few months before we finally gave our 30 day notice and decided to move out. About 2 weeks prior to our move out date we were getting harassed about having the home "show ready" well that is all fine besides the fact that we were in the process of moving and had boxes and stuff in shambles trying to move. We also got phone calls harassing us about where we were in the moving process, last time I checked my move out date was still more than a week away so why does that matter? Now lets move on to when we moved out. Now that we moved out the property manager claims that the house had a "pet odor" which by the way they said was not there when they did the random inspections a few months earlier. We had our pet since we moved in so it wouldn't just now be a pet odor if there was one. Long story short they claim that they needed to paint some walls because of the odor, replace carpet because of a pet urine odor (our dogs never urinated in the house) by the way when I asked them about this claim they retracted the pet urine odor comment and stated it was just a pet odor. Also they claim they needed to repaint the garage floor due to excess wear, its a garage floor and we were there for 2 years, what kind of wear do you think a garage floor is going to take in that time? Now they are trying to say the living room carpet needs to be replaced even though there is already another tenant living in the home and want to charge us for this as well. So far the total is over $2000. I would recommend any body looking to use this place to keep looking for another place to use. This place will try to screw you over once you no longer need their services and they will not be making any more money off of you. I have used many different property management companies and this is by far the worst one I have ever encountered or even heard of.
