Dear Revdex.com,This customer is a liar.We provided great customer service to him.We merely asked for the 12-digit UPC code on the item he received to see if we could figure out what happened and to help determine whether we even had this item.(note: we get some fraudulent claims as well so we needed this information for our records).He provided a 10-digit number and GAVE US THE RUN AROUND Just give us the 12-digit UPC code that DVDs have as we instructed and stop giving us the run around.He still has not provided us with the 12-digit UPC code he received.We also gave him return instructions so we could issue him a full refunded.We are waiting for the item to be returned USPS Media Mail.We will then issue him a full refund including shipping cost both ways.His solution: File a Revdex.com claim.What can you say We deal with all types of reasonable people and unreasonable people.Chalk this one up to the later.Please ask him to return our item using USPS media mail to our warehouse for a refund.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: GoPeachy specifically instructed me to return the item by USPS First Class Mail with tracking number. This is exactly what I did. I did not return it by Fed Ex as they claim in their response to you. I specifically requested the cheapest USPS First Class Mail with tracking number. Note that regular USPS First Class Mail does not include a tracking numberThe cost was $11.26, not the $that they reimbursedI provided them with a copy of my receipt from ShipMates showing that I paid $(attached)
The fact that I was forced to pay return shipping of $for an item that cost $was, as they suggested, ridiculous - but it was they who forced me to do so. This was not some choice of mine to waste additional money on their error. I did so because I expected that they would honor their commitment to refund my cost.
This is a company that sent me an incomplete order - their error. They then forced me to return it by an expensive method & now have the audacity to refuse to pay my full shipping costs

Eagle Saver went above and beyond to make up for an error made by ME. They didn't have to, and by doing so, showed that they understand the true value of making the cr one.
