I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] We told the painters before the job that we would like to have the cameras operating as much as possibleWe asked at least twice that they be covered during the actual painting process and then to be uncovered during dryingThis way they would be protected from paint splatter and would only be unable to record for short peiods of timeWe also explained more than once that the cleaning bill was for cameras that were paint splattered and that a third camera was replaced by the security firm and was not part of the chargeWe had the security company specifically itemize the bill for the cleaning of the cameras ~$ We never denied that there was paint from a previous job, but we had fresh paint on the stonework from the paintersWe feel they could have done a little bit better at removing the fresh paint and in the end we felt that they were anxious to get rid of usWe have only been able to communicate by email and it takes a long time to get any replyWe tried on numerous occaisons to call from our cell phones and our land line, but were not been able to get thoughWe only got an unable to transfer call message I informed the vendorby email that we were unable to contact him by phone If we are not blocked then the phones were not working over the course of several weeksIf that is/was the case I find it difficult to understand the vendor did not ensure good phone service Finally we were upset about the urination by the workers in plain view of our windowsIt was a mistake on our part not to mention the issue at the time, but it still rankles usNobody has said sorry Regards, [redacted]

Our apologies for your disappointment with the project, we originally had a different procedure for the project and it had to be reconfigured upon the request of the clientOne of the request was not to cover the cameras, due to an personal issue with the neighbors and needed the cameras to be
available at all timesWe performed as request by our clientOur apologies for any splatter on the lensesWhen we received the invoice it mentioned cameras, which on a prior email he mentioned that of them had paint splatterIts obvious that we offer to pay for the of them and not all We'll refund your amount requested. We did have some paint spills which were all cleaned, prior to starting the project our company and our team have a system that allows us to take picture of the areas, showing any prior damage and issuesOne of those things were prior paint spills all over their brick, stone patio and front porch which we have it all on record for liability purposes such as thisWe had only incidents with some black paint spill cause by a windy day, which we were prompt to attendWe made them aware of the situation and cleaned, in addition to a lot of other spills that was done prior and not part of our project which we had no problem performing for no additional cost. The exterior threshold was done as the procedure requires, unfortunately a strand of hair was blown by the wind Our apologies. The roof shingles does have one spill of paint, which the client did request to be cleanedWe offer to clean it but she asked not to clean it due to the fact that its was a new roof and she was afraid to damage the new shinglesWe reiterated and insisted but her reply was not to clean it. We still have an open line of communication, our office is not allowed to block any type of phone callsWe have been communicating via email. We aim to acquire 100% customer satisfaction, our apologies for not being able to meet your standardsWish all is well, Thank you for your business!

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]
We told the painters before the job that we would like to have the cameras operating as much as possible. We asked at least twice that they be covered during the actual painting process and then to be uncovered during drying. This way they would be protected from paint splatter and would only be unable to record for short peiods of time. We also explained more than once that the cleaning bill was for 2 cameras that were paint splattered and that a third camera was replaced by the security firm and was not part of the charge. We had the security company specifically itemize the bill for the cleaning of the 2 cameras ~$150.  We never denied that there was paint from a previous job, but we had fresh paint on the stonework from the painters. We feel they could have done a little bit better at  removing the fresh paint and in the end we felt that they were anxious to get rid of us. We have only been able to communicate by email and it takes a long time to get any reply. We tried on numerous occaisons to call from our 2 cell phones and our land line, but were not been able to get though. We only got an unable to transfer call message.  I informed the vendorby email  that we were unable to contact him by phone.  If we are not blocked then the phones were not working over the course of several weeks. If that is/was the case I  find it difficult to understand the vendor did not ensure good phone service.  Finally we were upset about the urination by the workers in plain view of our windows. It was a mistake on our part not to mention the issue at the time, but it still rankles us. Nobody has said sorry.
