I wanted to say "Thank You" for sending MrGene M [redacted] to my home to replace a piece on my furnace, his Customer Service skills were exceptional, he was very friendly and answer all of my questions and even went as far as to explain how the system worksBecause of him we will be getting our Service Contract through Eanes and not renewing with a another company we have been with for over years Thank You Eanes for hiring individuals such as MrM [redacted]

Right on time it was a reschedule because the original time it was raining and he could not get to the air conditioner. Very professional in everything he did and at the same time very personable. He does his job quickly and well.

I have used this company for many years and have always been totally satisfied with the service I have received.
