The business response is not correctThey never explained to me why I was being billedI called in and told them it was an improper charge and the response was that they'd checked and the ear guy said the part that failed only had a month warranty and my response was that was his problem because I was told I had a a yr warranty on repairs and batteriesI said if he has a problem have him call me to discuss itI never received a call but I did receive a second billI called and asked why I got another bill if I have not heard from himI asked to be calledI did not receive a callI received a 3rd and 4th billI sent a letter indicating that I was paying under protest and also sending a letter to the Revdex.comThe warranty was for yearsI bought the hearing aids 7/9/On June 7th I saw him and he gave me the hearing aids on trialI wore them a month and on 7/9/I paid in full for themI have a canceled check for proofHe is indicating I am outside of the warranty by weekInitially when I was told it was out of warranty I was told the warranty was months not yearsI am disappointed that he refused to speak to me regarding the issues

$200. This was explained to him. On 6/8/17 he sent in a payment with a note stating he was protesting the bill because it was within the three year warranty. He had received 4 statements about this previously. Unfortunately, he was not within his warranty.

Via a ledger that can be provided and that has been made available to the patient, the fitting, dispensing and purchase of the hearing aid took place on June 7 2013, as per his ledger. Meaning his warranty period began on June 7 2013 and ended on June 7 2016. His repair for his hearing aid was billed out on June 27, 2016 from the manufacturer. The bill came to us for us to pass through to the patient, $167.39 by the company's invoicing, which can be provided as well. The difference between the cost to repair charged by the manufacturer and the $200 is for the staff's handling and postage, that was also explained to him.
