First, my last name is not ***, its ***Mrs*** can't even get this little detail rightAs I explained to Mrs*** the timeline of events were all because of errors on EAR incs part, not mineSecondly, as I explained to Mrs*** the iplugz do not fit properly or work properlyI asked her not to return the iplugz until she address those issuessubsequently I advised her I would either not accept delivery or go to the post office for a "return to sender" if they dropped it off when I wasn't homeWhat was the purpose of her sending those defective iplugz back to me? How can she accuse me AGAIN of lying by stating I "falsely" filed a complaint? Is this the way that she "stands by her products." And last but not least why isn't EAR INC accredited by the Revdex.com?

As I previously stated, Mr*** is not an employee of E.A.R., Inc, he is an authorized providerHe is not our employeeWe refer our authorized provider names to anyone who calls our Boulder office looking for custom hearing protectionWhen Mr*** called our Boulder office, we provided him with Mr*** name because he was the provider nearest Mr***'s locationE.A.R., Incdoes not have Mr***'s money, Mr*** *** has his moneyOur authorized providers work directly with the customer and the customers always pay the providers they do not pay E.A.R., IncAs I previously stated, E.A.R., Inc does guarantee the fit of our customer products but the fit is all based upon the ear impressionsMr*** is the person who took the ear impressions which were used to make the earplugs for Mr***As I predicted, Mr*** refused the package and therefore states E.A.R., Inchas his money and his earplugsWe do have his earplugs because he refused to accept the package, but Mr*** has his moneyIf Mr*** would like to contact Mr*** and have a new set of impressions taken to make yet another set of earplugs, he is welcome to do soE.A.RInchas published a warranty policy which can be found on our website: http://earinc.com/support/warranty/

It comes as no surprise that Mrs*** is using the ploy that Mr*** *** does not work for EAR INCShe could no longer give a legitimate explanation for her actions so this is now her conclusionAGAIN I called EAR inc in the very beginning and THEY gave me MrLarkin's information as previously statedWhen I wanted to make payment, EAR told me to make payment , to Mr *** and NOT EAR incAnd AGAIN, Mrs*** claims "she" predicted I would not accept the iplugz when they arrivedIn fact I emailed Mrs*** before she returned them to me telling her I would not accept shipment
Mr*** always proceeded first to contact EAR inc for approval before he did anything for meMr*** simply does not do what ever he wants without EAR's approvalMr*** WILL NOT refund my money or make another impression, PERIODIt's a perfect scam they both have set upMr*** points to EAR and EAR points to Mr*** It's a total disgraceMrs*** and EAR have no business ethics or morals and decensyThe perfect example of what a company should NOT BE
It's time for Mrs*** to stop with this rhetoric and making excuses and either make a pair of iplugz that work or refund my money in fullShe however is willing to do nothing for meThis is criminal and should be treated as such, in my opinionWhen will all her nonsense stop and when will she take action?
