My family and I own several rental properties Winston and Reliable Roofing have replaced the roofs for properties thus far Their prices are very reasonable and their work is great (this coming from a family of former roofer) We get estimates quickly and work gets completed in a timely manner I would recommend them to anyone!

I was a happy customer days after they changed my roof, until it rained and I noticed that my gutters overflows so water is running towards my house instead of away from itI checked and found out that my downspout elbow is so full of pine cones, leaves, dirt, and other debrisIt was part of our contract that they will clean thatWhat good is a new roof if the drain is plugged? I called them and they told me they'd come back and to cut the story short, I have to bug them because they won't comeWhen they finally came, one went up the roof (with attitude) and immediately blames the brand new gutter guard installed by one of themThen, just by tapping the downspout, he assures me that it's not cloggedWhat! He brought a drill with them but never bothered to open any downspout or elbowThey never tested it with waterNow, he reprimands me for calling them ten timesI told him, it's because you said you'd come days ago, and then you don't answer or return my callsI even asked you to call me when you are coming and then you said you don't need anybody to be in the houseBut how do I know if you've been there? Poor professionalism! I just summarized itCustomers, beware, have everything tested before you give them your money

THey were recommended to my by a friend who also had his roof beat up by hail. He did a bunch of shopping around, and went with these guys. He was happy. It was always easy to to get a hold of Winston. They came out the day they initially promised to, and did the job. The new roof looks great. Overall pleasant experience.

Reliable Roofing is exactly what they are and beyond! My experience was absolute trust and affordable, they went out and tarp my roof during the rainy summer we had and the work was comparable to next door neighbor who paid almost 4 times the price I paid. I would recommend this crew any day and owning rental properties I'm glad I did.
