Review: We ordered a refrigerator on Saturday, May **, at Earl. B. Feiden Appliances in Kingston, NY. We paid in full at the time of delivery -- $2,629.80 with tax, including the $50 delivery charge. We were told that our refrigerator would be delivered the following Saturday, June 1. Saturday arrived and no refrigerator -- nor any notification of delays or cancellations. When we called to inquire about the delivery, we were told that the sales people were "busy helping customers" and that someone would call us back. No one ever called back. We called again. We were then told that the refrigerator was taken off the delivery schedule for unknown reasons and that someone would call us back with an explanation. No one called back. We called again and yet again we were rushed off the phone -- the saleman was "very busy" and unable to deal with our inquiry. Alarmed by the lack of delivery, misinformation and dismissive service, and in need of refrigeration as soon as possible, we called back to request a full refund so that we could make arrangements with another, more reliable vendor. We were then told that the appliance was on back order. We again requested a refund. The salesman said he would refund our $2,629.80 "when he got around to it" and then hung up. We received no confirmation of the refund. The next Monday we received a call from another saleman who told us that the fridge was in the warehouse (so much for the back order) and wanted to know if we still wanted it. We declined and again requested a full refund. We were told that our money was refunded in full-- $2,629.80--and yet credit has not posted to our account. We are still out $2,629.80 with no refrigerator and no resolutiodDesired Settlement: A full refund--$2,629.80--delivered ASAP.
