Hello,The customer ordered their product on March 8th and the package was shipped out with FedEx Signature Confirmation required on March 9th. The customer shows complaints on the 10th, 11th, and 12th and the package shows signature confirmation to "[redacted]" on March 15th. Please see the attached...
