Earl G. Graves Publishing Reviews (7)

Review: I bought the Black Enterprise Annual subscription through their app on my IPAD on May **, 2013. After paying for the subscription I had difficulty downloading the magazines. I reached out to Black enterprise several times even attaching the proof of purchase to ask if they could help me in trying to rectify this issue. They have not as of yet responded to none of my inquires and I want a refund. It is ridiculous that they have my money for a yearly subscription and I can't read one magazine. This is very unprofessional and bad customer service.Desired Settlement: No response from black enterprise in either a form of a refund or help to assist in the technical issue.

Review: On March 2015, I contacted ** to purchase a one-year gift subscription for a relative who is incarcerated. The following month, I telephoned ** and paid $15 for the subscription with my [redacted] I also contact the subscription department again regarding their lack of response. A representative not only confirmed that I contacted them earlier and, for the inconvenience that I incurred, my relative will receive 12 issues plus 4 back issues of **. So far, he has not received any issues of ** as of today. On May **, 2015 I sent a type written letter to Mr. Earl G[redacted] and voiced my dissatisfaction over the lack of service. The following week, I followed up with a phone call to ###-###-#### and was told that the manager in charge of fulfillment will get back to me. He never did. I have kept all past email contacts with [redacted] as well as my letter to them. Case ID num**r is: [redacted]. I found that the $15.00 that I called myself paying for the subscription a few months ago was NOT debited against my account. Given that Crista did NOT give me a confirmation num**r during the transaction signals to me that she did NOT handle my subscription request.Desired Settlement: Contact by the business with detailed explanation why they did not render any requested service on my part, also a detailed explanation why they did not respond to my emails, letter, and phone call. Why the gross negligence and lack of respect?

Review: I have contacted them multiple time trying to get them to stop sending me Black Enterprise Magazine. A magazine I never ordered, never wanted, and still do not want.

Yet, the magazines keep coming, and no response from the company. Horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: All I want is the magazine to stop showing up at my door and an apology for the horrible customer service.

Review: I purchased a Black Enterprise subscription via there app on November **, 2012. My Itunes account was charged $8.70 for a 1 years subscription. I was receiving the subscription just fine for a while and then it stopped. When I try to log into my Black Enterprise app to access my account, I am being charged for the magazines that I previously purchased.

I reached out to [redacted] and was told that I must speak to Black Enterprise and or [redacted]. I contacted Magzter and was told that I purchased the magazine through Black Enterprise +Plus and I need to contact them.

I have contacted Black Enterprise customer service three times and was told nothing could be done for me.

No one is taking responsibility. I have receipts that shows that I paid for a subscription.

Attached is my receipt.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I paid for a Black Enterprise subscription and I should be entitled to the service that I paid for.

In addition to this, I've e-mailed them several times and written them a letter dated April **, 2015 sent to their [redacted].
