We, Signature Tax have received [redacted] complaint; please accept this as our formal responseWe have represented her before the IRS and prepared, sent all documents and settled his case with an Installment agreement to be paid on a monthly basis, which he needed to abide by in order to remain in compliance with the IRSAttached please find the correspondence between Signature Tax and [redacted] showing we completed the work we were hired for and the information communicated to him regarding his case settlement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has no knowledge concerning my issues from Signature Tax Anyone could’ve just called the IRS and got the information that he sent as a response My file was thrown around from the county to accountant which no one took accountability for my file was thrown around from accounted to accountant which no one took accountability for I hired Signature Tax for my issue from , , 2015, which the following happened 2013- I sent all correspondence paperwork regarding proof of casualty lost accountant “ [redacted] “ Never responded or sent any paperwork to the IRSWhen I called multiple times I was told that [redacted] was in maternity leave and intentionally was ignored by emails and phone calls by the firm After several attempts ( months) I researched to whom I should contact regarding this issue The man’s name was [redacted] He then informed me that he will personally take care of this issue and convince me to do my taxes for and and with them 2015, accountant by the name [redacted] made a mistake on my filing and place me as owning a business Accountant by the name [redacted] made a mistake on my filing and place me as owning a business When I receive notice from the IRS I contacted ***.( the accountant that filed) Not only was she rude by stating I was the one with the IRS issue, but insisted that I was the one that made a mistake Again I have all documents emails and correspondence Again [redacted] advise me that he will take care of this and we amended the and I was told to just pay the and Issue would be settled This wasn’t the case since I received a letter from the iris dating bed now I’m not only do I OU more due to penalties and interest I also was advised that was never filed I mailed in the filing for and this is when I contacting [redacted] tax again to try to get this settled I only received the respond when I made a complaint No one in that firm is taking the responsibility and accountability on rectifying my issue I would like Signature Tax to pay all penalty interest due to their mistake My advice to you is comping me is to hire respectful and honest accountants and not just anyone from the street in order to get more clients Sincerely, [redacted]

When I called multiple times I was told that [redacted] was in maternity leave and intentionally was ignored by emails and phone calls by the firm .   After several attempts ( 6 months) I researched to whom I should contact regarding this issue.   The man’s name was [redacted].   He then informed me that he will personally take care of this issue and convince me to do my taxes for 2015 and and 16 with them .  
2015,  accountant by the name [redacted] made a mistake on my filing and place me as owning a business.  Accountant by the name [redacted] made a mistake on my filing and place me as owning a business.  When I receive notice from the IRS I contacted [redacted].( the accountant that filed) Not only was she rude by stating I was the one with the IRS issue, but  insisted that I was the one that made a mistake .   Again I have all documents emails and correspondence .   Again [redacted] advise me that he will take care of this and we amended the 215 and I was told to just pay the 836 and Issue would be settled .  This  wasn’t the case since I received a letter from the iris dating bed now I’m not only do I OU more due to penalties and interest .   I also was advised that 2016 was never filed.   I mailed in the filing for 2016 and this is when I contacting [redacted] tax again to try to get this settled .  I only received the respond when I made a complaint.  No one  in that firm is taking the responsibility and accountability on rectifying my issue.    I would like Signature Tax to pay all penalty interest due to their mistake . 
 My advice to you is comping me is to hire respectful and honest accountants and not just anyone from the street in order to get more clients
