Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I would like to resend my signature that I agree with the response I received from the Revdex.com regarding my compliant being resolved, ID [redacted]. The owner of Earl Scheib, [redacted] responded back and stated information that was not true! I took my car back on 8/24/16, which was 2 weeks before the warranty was up. I picked up my car 9/6/13 from the original paint job. The date he has on the faxed account to Revdex.com was from my original consultation with [redacted]. I have my receipts here in hand and the date was 9/6/13 not 8/28/13 as he faxed to the Revdex.com. [redacted] did not send the Revdex.com the true and correct receipt which to me proves his dishonesty with consumers. The amount I asked for was $837. 04 and $300.00 for the colorsand [redacted] recommended I get to take the pitting out that was present due to him not prepping the car correctly before he painted it. All the problems listed on Mr. [redacted] warranty occurred with the original paint job he performed on my car. After researching the issues it was noted this happens due to improper prepping of the car before painting is done. He is deflecting  this problem on me t it is was my fault his paint failed. As he stated, he repainted my car for free and yes my husband did pick it up but stated he did not say it " looked great". Mr. [redacted], said [redacted] rudely gave him  the keys and walked away not offering to go over the car with him. I did not return to Mr. [redacted] shop because he was rude and condescending when I took my car in 8/24/16 before the warranty was up. Yes, Mr. [redacted] painted my car because it was still under warranty but he caused damage to my car when he "repainted" it. He scratched all the metal trimming around my driver side door, caused more pitting in the paint, and caused areas of paint to chip and lift  off the car when the tape that is supposed to protect the  windows and trim was removed. I would not ever go to Mr.[redacted]  again for a paint job or refer him! I have concerns he would do more damage to my car. As I see, Mr. [redacted] is not willing to pay $1137.04, I will settle for the $837.04 so I can go to a reputable paint shop to get a paint job that will be properly done.Thank you,[redacted]
