I took my 2000 Ford E150 Econoline van to this shop for repair due to an accident. This is a nice van that we use for traveling and everyday driving. I have pictures of the van before they began to work on it. I picked up the van on 2/3/2020. There was heavy damage on the van in the front from the left to the right both fender and bumper, including headlights and the strip underneath, as well as the hood. When I picked it up, there wasn't even room for me to walk around the vehicle to inspect their work. I left the lot, and went to my next destination where I found shoddy work. I never agreed for them to reuse any of the parts or any refurbished parts. They were supposed to be new parts or original from salvage. They charged me $85 for a damaged strip that had been taken from the van. They also put me off for the picking up of the car. It was sloppy, sloppy work that didn't look like an experienced professional did the work. This was an insurance claim. I got the check from the insurance company and then paid them $1721.20. I will be providing pictures of the van before (with the damage) and after, with their repair to show the shoddy workmanship.

We had body work done at this shop after it was hit in front of our house. The shop was to repair the whole left side. We were told he needed to order a new door. We had a rental for 2 weeks and when we went to pick up our car he had not done all of the requested repairs. He had only repaired the fender and had gotten a used car door from a junk yard and painted it to match our car. *** told us that we would need to pay $300 more to finish the job. We explained that the work he did on the fender was unsatisfactory as it did not even fit. The door did not fit properly either. The car door is visibly raised and you can hear and feel air inside the vehicle and you can tell it is not a door from the same type of vehicle. We had the car for a while as we had to have the interior repaired as well. We took the car back to *** as he agreed to make it right. We asked that he replace the door since it did not fit. He had the car 3 days and did not replace the door. On the other side of the car is a spot that looks like something hot touched it. The paint looks melted. The work is still not right. I asked for the receipt for the fender and *** could not produce a receipt. He said that he would have to find it. It seems that what he provided as a receipt was just made up to satisfy my request. When we'd brought the car to the shop originally it was clean. When it was returned to us it was really dirty. He damaged the airbag sensor and has failed to repair that damage.
