number of different proposed resolutions to the issues he describes.With regard to the lingering electrical issue, Mr [redacted] says Earl Street Auto's mechanic has already invested a significant amount of time into attempting to diagnose and resolve the issue. He says his latest offer to Mr [redacted] was to get relevant parts from a junkyard and have Mr [redacted] leave his vehicle for about 4 hours, as this would require connecting and testing approximately 40-50 wires. He says Mr [redacted] was not interested in pursuing this possible resolution.With regard to the paint job, Mr [redacted] says that Earl Street would've been happy to buff out some of the imperfections Mr [redacted] describes, but could not do so right away -- clear coat needed to be fully dry before attempting to do. He says he offered to enlist the help of another business that specializes in buffing and detailing, telling Mr [redacted] that Earl Street would cover the $60 to buff the vehicle if the customer was willing to pay the remaining $60 for cleaning. Says Mr [redacted] initially asked him to go ahead and make arrangements for this, but later rejected the offer when it couldn't be done same-day. (The business in question had several other customers waiting for service at that point, and would've been able to get to Mr [redacted]'s vehicle in about a week.)Mr [redacted] says that Earl Street Auto is still willing to try resolving the electrical issue by installing and testing the junkyard part(s) if Mr [redacted] is willing to bring his vehicle back in and leave it for up to four hours, and its offer to split the expense of having the vehicle buffed and cleaned still stands.
