Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint ADVANTEK AUTO dose not want to accept any wrongdoing on their part they stated to me that is there guidelines and policies a simple apology would have been sufficient enought for me.If a customer bring their vehicle in for a diagnostic test to see what the problem is ,contact the customer let the customer make the decision whether or not he/she want's the work to be done not take it upon yourself and do the work without customers authorization
