To whom it may concern, Tara Cassidy and her husband called into our dealership on 1/**/to see if we can BEAT a deal from another dealershipThe customer told us exactly how the deal was structured at the other dealership which included covering REMAINING
PAYMENTS on their current Honda leaseI spoke to my manager and we beat the deal to earn ** and *** ***'s businessAfter our phone call I worked up a sales order which showed the breakdown of the lease along with showing that we will cover REMAINING PAYMENTS on their current leaseI emailed a copy to the customer who within minutes sent it back along with all the completed documents I requestedThey came in the same day signed the contracts and picked up their new vehicleI have all the documents such as sales order and emails including the sticky note from our initial conversation which shows paymentsEven the dealership we were competing with was only covering payments according to *** ***I have attached a copy of the sales order that reflects us cover REMAINING PAYMENTS which was sent via email to *** ***, I have attached the email conversation between myself and *** *** which shows the sales order was attached and she sent it back after reviewing itI strive for customer satisfaction and this is the first time something like this has happenedAll my clients are always happy and more than satisfied with my servicesI go above and beyond for our clients to make sure they leave here happyAny questions or concerns feel free to contact me at our office ###-###-####Thanks-Sunny
