My mother had been with them for over 10 years and when she had a accident and needed a rental they claimed her policy didn't have that coverage. If a customer has been with you 10 years you give them the coverage . Or do what you can to help she is 78 years old with a special needs grandson. Guess who won't be using *** anymore
