Review: I went to this business for tire service. To have "Air" placed into a slow leak of a tire. I stood there with employee and Either Owner or Supervisor watching has air was being placed into the tire requested. Then the tire was blown off and the machine's "Rim" was broken be on operation. Then I ask the person you was in charge what would become of this matter" . And the individual began to blame me for the damages done to my machine after clearly it was a service error. Blaming me for the tire having a slow leak is why the employee or staff worker clearly put to much "air into the tire which it recommended by machine regulations listed on the machine. I then again asked the person in charge for cooperation in the matter of what and how would we handle this clear company error and services matter. He began to " use profanity " and became irate, infuriated, indignant, and outraged about me being displeased about my machine now being non- operational and he not wanting to solve or pay for the damages done through his employee's mis- handling or wrong perception or mis calculation of ponds of air placed into my machine.... I WOULD LIKE TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE DAMAGES I PAYED TO HAVE THE MACHINE REPAIRED!!Desired Settlement: TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE REPAIR'S MADE ON THE EQUIPMENT.
