In response to the tractor issue. We are willing to perform the task that we are responsible for . We are having problems finding the correct part . There are fees involved in this process that will not be covered under warrantee , and will need to be paid for. Hauling , delivery and certain wear...
parts are not covered under Husqvarna's warrantee programs. We are sorry for this problem to occur. We are not happy that we could not get the needed parts sooner, as they were and are not available at this time. We are however equally disappointed in the confrontational manner of the Mrs. We will not and do not condone the violent tones of the past conversations and we will continue to do the best we can to offer quality service and products. Hopefully we will get our needed part soon, the tractor will be brought to us and we will no longer be able to offer free services due to our currant situation. We will fix the tractor , and the need fees will have to be paid before removing the tractor. We are not "jerks" and professional respect needs to be from both us and the customer.
